I'm not sure what led me to my first yoga class in 1996. I do
know that I was sooo cold and sooo tight, I sprinted back to
the turbo-trainer as fast as I could. Five years later, with a
much kinder, gentler mindset, I made my way back to the
mat. A dear friend, to whom I will always be grateful,

boxing gym on Swiss Avenue. I showed up for class
