While a Massage Therapist I discovered Quantum-Touch and
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). My search for the final
piece brought me to the Four Winds Society's Healing the Light
Body School where I received ancient rites and Inkan wisdom
teachings. It was through Quantum-Touch that I learned how to
heal myself and use this form of energy healing to balance my
own muscular-skeletal mis-alignments. I use breath work and
