I have studied the modalities of holistic nutrition, aromatherapy, auriculotherapy, flower essences and toe reading as part of my curriculum at SWIHA just to name a few. I have been an active practitioner of energy work for nearly 15 years as well as being trained in herbal and tea remedies over 8 years ago and I continue my practice in these modalities. I am actively involved in yoga and mediation and have been for 5 years.
