distinguish and treat soft tissue restriction and injury as well as  
structural misalignment allows her to treat patients effectively and
efficiently.  Myofacacial release is the use of elongation, massage,
spray/stretch techniques to relieve adhesions and restrictions in the
muscle tissue. Trigger points can be caused by a number of factors,
including acute or chronic muscle overload, activation by other trigger
points, disease, psycho-emotional disorders, direct trauma to the
region, and radiculopathy.
